Our extensive experience of defending allegations of corruption and bribery involves cases both in the UK and overseas.

 

For example, we have defended in a banking corruption trial in the UK and advised in relation to football corruption investigations in France and Brazil and an airport corruption prosecution in Trinidad. We recently managed to ensure that our client was not charged by the Serious Fraud Office following an investigation into corruption. We also ensured that our client was not charged following an investigation by the Home Office into corruption in the construction industry. 

 

We also acted on behalf of a company involved in the largest Serious Fraud Office corruption investigation and for the former Chief Executive of a middle eastern commodities company.  We are currently involved in a number of Serious Fraud Office and police corruption cases.
